info@bowbastic.com 2. Scope and acceptance These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products through the BOWBASTIC™ website. By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3. Products and information Product information, images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. However, non-material variations may occur (e.g., colour/tonality due to screen settings, small finishing details).
4. Prices, taxes and invoicing Prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs (when applicable) are shown before final order confirmation.
The invoice/receipt is issued by
Designarte Unipessoal, Lda and sent electronically (unless otherwise agreed).
5. Ordering process An order is completed after payment confirmation and/or order validation, depending on the selected payment method. Designarte Unipessoal, Lda reserves the right not to accept or to cancel orders in case of:
- product unavailability;
- obvious pricing/description errors;
- reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse.
6. Payment The customer may use the payment methods available at checkout. The order will only be processed after payment confirmation (when applicable).
7. Delivery and shipping Delivery times are estimates and are communicated at the time of purchase and/or in the order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, timeframes are indicative and may vary due to logistics beyond the seller’s control.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when the consumer (or a third party indicated by the consumer, other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
8. Right of withdrawal (returns) Under applicable law, the consumer has
14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, starting from the day the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, the customer must send an unequivocal statement to
info@bowbastic.com (or another stated contact) before the deadline.
Effects of withdrawal: In case of withdrawal, amounts paid for the products will be refunded without undue delay and no later than
14 days from the day the seller is informed of the decision to withdraw. Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or until the consumer provides evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
The consumer must return the goods, properly packaged and in normal condition (no improper use), within 14 days after the withdrawal notice. Direct return costs are borne by the consumer unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Conformity and legal warranty Products benefit from the applicable legal conformity and warranty regime. In case of lack of conformity, the customer should contact
info@bowbastic.com stating the order number and describing the issue so the appropriate procedure can be followed.
10. Data protection and cookies Personal data are processed by
Designarte Unipessoal, Lda under the
Privacy Policy and
Cookie Policy available on this website.
11. Complaints The customer may submit complaints through the
Complaints Book (electronic or physical, where applicable) and via the contacts provided in section 1.
12. Alternative dispute resolution and applicable law In consumer disputes, the consumer may use an
ADR entity and the
EU ODR platform, as indicated on the “Dispute Resolution” page of this website.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
